  • Students shall not enter the DoJang earlier than 15 minutes before their scheduled class begins.

  • Students should come only to their scheduled classes, unless authorized by the Head Instructor.

  • Out of respect, students should face away from the flags and Instructors when fixing their uniforms.

  • Students should not enter the DoJang without their belts on, unless require some assistance from an Instructor.

  • If, when entering the DoJang, the Membership Oath is being recited, students should wait until the Oath and bowing formalities are finished before passing through. 

  • Student shall sit properly (with legs folded) at all time.

  • Students should not use any of the school equipment unless permission has been given by an Instructor.

  • Students should wear clean and neat uniforms at all times. At promotions test only white t-shirts should be worn underneath uniforms.

  • Juniors attending adult classes must realize that this is an Adult Class and they must behave accordingly. If juniors do not act in a mature manner, they will be force to return to junior classes.

School Rules

  1. Students must bow to the flag, Sah-bum-nim and other Black Belt instructors when coming in and out of class.
  2. Students must use the words “sir” or “ma’am” when speaking to instructors.
  3. Students must respect and obey instructors.
  4. Conversation is not permitted in class.
  5. Swearing, smoking, and drinking liquor is prohibited.
  6. Students must attend classes regularly for their own good.
  7. Students must help keep the Do Jang clean.
