Courtesy - is consideration; cooperation and generosity.
Integrity - is the state of being complete or undivided, honesty.
Self Control - is restraint exercised over one's own impulse, emotion or desire.
Perseverance - is to strive despite of difficulties.
Indomitable Spirit - is incapable of being subdued or defeated.
Theory of Power
Reaction Force - the force that a body subjects to the action of a force from another body exerts in the opposite direction.
Concentration - the direction of attention to a single object.
Equilibrium - a state of balance between opposing forces or that is either static or dynamic.
Breathe Control - to draw air into and expel it from the lungs.
Speed - the act or state of moving swiftly.
School Rules
1. Students must bow to the flag, Sah-bum-nim and other Black Belt instructors when coming in and out of class.
2. Students must use the words “sir” or “ma’am” when speaking to instructors.
3. Students must respect and obey instructors.
4. Conversation is not permitted in class.
5. Swearing, smoking, and drinking liquor is prohibited.
6. Students must attend classes regularly for their own good.
7. Students must help keep the Do Jang clean.
